ISM4334x-M4G-L44-C/U is a 2.4 & 5 GHz Wi-Fi , Bluetooth 4.0 module that consists of a Cypress CYW43340 combo radio, an integrated antenna and a STM32F405 host processor with 1 MB of flash and optional 2 MB of flash for OTA.
