How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?

Stock items are shipped within 5 business days. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order immediately, you will be notified of backorder date via email.

For urgent orders simply e-mail and we will expedite shipment.

What if I need to change my order once I have placed it?

In the event you need to change something on your order after you have submitted it, please email with changes required. You will be contacted if the change was able to be made.

What if I want my order shipped a different method than is what is offered?

If your preferred method of shipment is not offered on our website, you can request it in the Ordering Instructions or comments section at checkout. We can accommodate most carrier requests and we will modify the shipping fees based on that carrier.

What if I want my order shipped on my carrier’s account #?

If you prefer to ship on your carrier account #, please note in Ordering Instructions or comments section of the order during checkout. Our shop forces a shipping cost based on the carrier chosen, but the shipping costs will not be charged when order is processed if it ships on a different account #.

How do I get a receipt for my order?

Your order is shipped with a packing slip which is considered your receipt. In some cases, if the “Bill To” and “Ship To” are different, a formal “Paid” invoice is available upon request, please email with your order # and your need and we will send you a formal “Paid” invoice via email.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept M/C, Visa, Discover. However, we do not accept American Express.

What if I have special instructions when placing my order?

Please put any special requests/requirements in the Ordering Instructions or comments section of your order during checkout. You will be notified if we cannot accommodate your request.

Can I reference a PO# on my online order?

Yes. Please note any special instructions in the Ordering Instructions or comments section of your order during checkout.

What is Inventek’s return policy?

Inventek will accept product back for reason of defective material. Returns for any other reason will be accepted with approval within 30-days of ship date with a 20% restocking fee.

Can I place a “PO” order online with N30 terms?

N30 terms are available. They require a $1,000.00 min order and must go thru a review and credit check. For all your questions regarding setting up terms, simply email

Where do you manufacture your products?

Our GPS and WiFi products are qualified in four different manufacturing sites, Massachusetts, Philippines Taiwan and China. Our antenna products are manufactured in Massachusetts and Taiwan.

Depending on the product we can ship from several sites to optimize shipping costs
