The ISM43439-WBP-L151The ISM43439-WBP-L151 SiP (System In Package), is an “ALL” Infineon based IoT platform (Infineon Radio + Infineon MCU + Certified Antenna). The ISM43439-WBP-L151 SiP is also a cost-effective, high performance and secured IoT architecture with one of the industry’s only dedicated Wi-Fi 4 solutions to deliver the latest WPA3 security standard. As a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/BLE combo chip for IoT applications, the new Inventek ISM43439- WBP-L151 module will make it easier for product designers to comply with new security regulations currently emerging worldwide, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. This, for example, gives more privacy rights to consumers, including the right to know about the personal information a business collects, and the right for that information to be deleted.
The Inventek ISM43439-WBP-L151 module also includes an integrated PSoC 6 MCU. Herald as the sixth generation of the PSoC family, PSoC 6 is purpose-built to speed the development of any IoT application, the ultra-low-power dual-core PSoC 6 family features both an Arm Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M0+ core. Ideally suited for battery-powered applications, the dual-core architecture permits embedded developers to optimize their design for power and performance. As with any IoT application, security is a primary requirement, and the integrated PSoC 6 MCU incorporates Arm’s latest platform security architecture (PSA).

ISM4343-WBM-L151 Wi-Fi / BT Combo Module

The ISM4343-WBM-L151 is an embedded 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 combo module. The module hardware consists of the Cypress CYW4343 radio and ST Micro STM32F412 Cortex MCU. The Wi-Fi module requires no operating system and has an integrated TCP/IP stack that only requires a simple AT command or the Cypress WICED SDK set to establish connectivity for your wireless product.

The ISM43362-L36 is an 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi Radio SiP with on board antenna or optional external antenna with a U.FL connector, which is designed for embedded wireless solutions and offers a cost-effective high performance Broadcom radio device (BCM43362) packaged in an 36 pin LGA (24.4mm x 15.3 mm). The ISM43362-L36 is a FCC/UL/Japan certified module with a SDIO host interface for embedded Linux.

The ISM43362-L36-E/U can be ordered as a (-E) on board etched antenna or (-U) a connector for an external antenna that has been certified (P/N W24P-U)
